How do I purchase tickets online?
Click on the “PURCHASE TICKETS” link in the left side bar, visible throughout our web site. The link will redirect you to the appropriate box office web site, or to a phone number to call.

What is the box office phone number and hours?
For info about all events happening at The Klein, call 1-800-424-0160. Listen to the menu options and you will be directed to the appropriate place.

Where is the box office located?
The Klein Box Office is located on the East side of the lobby. Tickets for all events are available for purchase in person at the Box Office one hour prior to show time.

Is seating for events reserved, or general admission?
Seating is reserved unless otherwise specified.

Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?
Please treat your tickets as cash. They are not refundable or exchangeable.

May I see a seating chart?

Do you have handicapped seating?
Yes, please refer to the seating chart.

Where can I park?
There is a large, well-lit, guarded lot directly across the street from The Klein.

Do you have a handicapped- or wheelchair-accessible entrance?
Yes, our handicapped and wheelchair-accessible entrance is on the West (left) side of the building. Please let us know in advance if you or one of your guests will need assistance entering the Auditorium.

What time do doors open before a show?
This varies from show to show, but usually doors open half an hour prior to curtain.

Are there food/beverages available for sale on site?
Yes.

What is your picture-taking policy during a event/show?
No flash photography is allowed under any circumstances.
